- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Experience: 2–4 years in project environments (preferably in events or services) Skills: Project planning, KPIs tracking, risk management, tools like MS Project, Asana
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or PMI-CP
- English Level: Advanced – Able to write reports, follow up with stakeholders, and use project tools in English
