We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Team Lead to join our growing team at 4EVENTS. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the business development team, drive revenue growth, and identify strategic partnership opportunities. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of sales and market dynamics, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
     

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market reach.
     

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with company goals.
     

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
     

  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance, PMO) to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding.
     

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
     

  • Create and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

  • Utilize Monday.com for task tracking, project collaboration, and reporting within the team.

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.


02 Responsibilities
  1. Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth, preferably in the events, marketing, or hospitality industry.

    • Previous experience using Monday.com for task and project management is required.

  2. Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  3. Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

    • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

    • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  4. Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and B2B sales strategies.

    • Familiarity with the local and regional market, particularly in the events and entertainment sector.

  5. Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and highly organized.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

    • High level of professionalism and integrity.

  6. Language:

    • Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage.
