01 Job Description
To support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of internal HR operations including recruitment, development, performance management, and employee relations in alignment with the company’s strategy.
02 Responsibilities
Execute recruitment and staffing processes from job posting to interviews and coordination with relevant departments.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
Participate in the development and updating of internal HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and regularly update employee records and files accurately.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely employee data updates.
Support training and career development programs in coordination with other departments.
Oversee the implementation of the performance management system and follow up on periodic reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and government requirements.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Prepare monthly and periodic HR reports (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism, leave tracking).
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR field.
Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and relevant government regulations in the Kingdom.
Proficient in using HR Management Systems (HRMS).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and a team player.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
Sufficient experience in using government platforms related to the Saudi labor system.
