Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate posting of journal entries and transactions.

Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax laws and ZATCA requirements, including VAT and Withholding Tax.

Handle monthly and quarterly tax submissions and reconciliations.

Operate and manage all accounting activities using Daftra accounting software.

Review and control petty cash, employee advances, and expense settlements.

Process and review monthly payroll transactions, and manage integration with the Mudad platform.

Coordinate with banks for payments, transfers, and activities via iCorp.

Review and verify procurement and payment processes in line with financial policy.

Prepare and support the external audit process and respond to auditor inquiries.

Stay updated on accounting best practices, AI solutions, and tech-based financial tools.

Recommend solutions to optimize spending, reduce costs, and improve expense management.

 Job Requirements:

Experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Proven experience with Daftra and knowledge of ZATCA regulations.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of Daftra, financial systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Mudad platform, iCorp, and purchase/payment workflows.

General computer literacy and ability to work with cloud-based accounting tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Development mindset, with the ability to propose cost-reduction and workflow improvement ideas.

Languages:

Arabic: Fluent (spoken and written)

English: Professional level
