Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and continuously enhance the company’s digital platforms and internal tech systems.

Explore and apply artificial intelligence technologies to improve workflows, automate tasks, and optimize decision-making.

Evaluate and implement appropriate event-related technologies, including ticketing, registration, and data platforms.

Establish effective partnerships with external technology vendors to support strategic goals.

Optimize and reduce technology-related expenses by assessing ROI and eliminating inefficiencies.

Support internal teams by providing technical training and communicating any updates to work procedures and systems.

Promote and improve technical best practices across departments to increase consistency, efficiency, and security.

Oversee basic cybersecurity practices and ensure proper system access, data protection, and hosting configurations.

Stay informed on market trends and recommend suitable technology solutions that align with business development opportunities.

 Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in IT, software development, or system management.

Preferably has prior experience in event tech, ticketing platforms, or registration systems.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Professional certifications in AI, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or software development are a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Solid foundation in programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs) and systems integration.

Working knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.

Familiarity with cybersecurity, web hosting, and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Ability to evaluate and deploy third-party tools while balancing functionality and cost-efficiency.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.

Capable of training and empowering team members on new tools and procedures.

Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Language:

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
